Office Manager

Role in brief


To positively impact the Acasus office operations in Larnaca, taking responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day office management and ensuring consistent delivery of excellent service standards. You’ll be a proactive member of the team who works with enthusiasm, efficiency and professionalism!


The Challenge

  • Manage the day to day administrative work necessary to ensure efficient running of the office
  • Work with facilities management vendors — cleaning, catering, security, maintenance and repairs to ensure work is completed timely and to quality expectations.
  • Receive, forward and / or respond to incoming calls.
  • Control and maintain the company budget (petty cash?) to ensure sufficient cash flow for expenses.
  • Maintain adequate office supplies of stationary, refreshments, hygiene items etc.
  • Oversee office arrangements and workstation set up for new team members and visitors.
  • Coordinate incoming & outgoing delivery of packages with couriers and local postal service.
  • Manage bills and payments for all office maintenance- utilities and general supplies.
  • Assist with relocation arrangements for new team members, and with travel (flights, transfers, accommodation etc.) for guests & visiting team members.

We are looking for a Release Manager to join us at Acasus. Preferably a Project Manager who has experience with software development. That person will be responsible for coordinating developing efforts in multiple projects, taking ownership of the processes, budgeting, supporting the team and being a connection between the client and Acasus' team.

Roles

We have a number of open positions across Sub-Saharan Africa, South America and the Middle East to work on exciting new projects:

  • Sub-Saharan Africa: We are looking for fluent French and/or Portuguese speakers to work with Ministers of Health in three distinct locations on high impact areas of health system performance.
  • South America: We are looking for fluent Spanish speakers to work with government on high impact areas of health and education system reform.
  • Middle East: We are looking for fluent Arabic speakers to work in a GCC country on education system reform.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and fluent local language skills depending on location:
    • The projects in Sub-Saharan Africa require fluency in French or Portuguese
