About Acasus

Acasus is working on discovering potential health and educational solutions in developing countries.

We play a significant role in decreasing child mortality in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Chad, and DRC. Now we are now expanding our team in Yemen. 

Our teams support senior officials in government (typically at ministerial or prime-ministerial level) to drive rapid reforms.

Our teams include a mix of experienced consultants from leading international consultancies (McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, and others) and highly talented locally-hired staff. Our success depends on being able to attract good people and provide them with high-quality professional development.

Currently, our Team is working on supporting countries for providing available vaccines for COVID-19 and increasing immunisation coverage in the regions.

The Challenge

  • Work with senior government health officials, and international partners, to dramatically improve health outcomes

  • Design and implement new systems for improving vaccination

  • Develop excellent relationships and a trusted advisor status within the government

  • Energize existing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Day-to-day work will include helping the team to:

  • Managing vendors

  • Managing communication with the vendors including hotels, travel agents, car rentals, banks and tax consultants

  • Account management

  • Managing and organising expenses and bookkeeping for Pakistan incorporation expenses

  • Documentation work (processes, guides) for Pakistan incorporation

  • Managing equipments

  • Support process standardisation and documentation (with OPS team)

  • Solving problems and challenges as they arise

  • Conducting a wide range of ad hoc administrative tasks


Skills required:

  • Bookkeeping, payroll, administrative experience is an advantage

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details

  • Excellent English and Urdu

  • Good communication skills

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills

  • Motivation to join our organization
